Contract Duration: This contract is valid for a period of 1 month starting from the date of purchase. Upon completion of the contract term, clients may choose to renew or terminate services. Scope of Services: The services provided under this contract will include social media management as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any additional services requested during the contract period may incur extra charges. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront at the time of purchase. This confirms the client’s commitment and secures the slot for the duration of the contract. All payments are non-refundable once the contract begins. Confirmation of Purchase: By completing the payment, the client acknowledges that this purchase is a confirmed and binding agreement. No cancellations or refunds will be processed once the contract has commenced. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide any necessary content, information, or approvals in a timely manner to ensure the smooth execution of social media management services. Delays caused by the client may impact the delivery timeline but will not alter the contract end date. Provider Responsibilities: The service provider will perform all agreed-upon services diligently and professionally. Regular updates and reports may be provided as per the contract agreement. Modifications and Termination: Any modifications to this contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Early termination before the end of the 1-month period is not permitted once the contract has started unless the service provider has given a reasonable action to terminate earlier than expected Liability: The service provider will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from social media performance metrics. While efforts will be made to optimize results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
