Return or Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased

Retention of right to change offerings

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Key commercial terms offered to customers 
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the prices page.

“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

These terms and policies have come into effect all products offered publicly to our customers

As provided on the prices page, if you are unhappy with the services that have been provided to you and you have notified the owner within 24 to 48 hours, we will first offer a solution to fix the lashes which must be booked within 5 days from the initial appointment of when the service has been completed. Please note, fixing lashes does not mean removing & re-doing the lashes from scratch. This policy is complimentary, furthermore, if you (as the client) are requesting multiple fixes over time, unfortunately, I will have to reevaluate our relationship together and will notify you of any changes. For second bookings to fix, I am more than happy to give a discount of 10%. If any discount is already included, the 10% discount does not apply.

If you are unhappy with the initial appointment and you have notified me within 24 hours, I will remove the lashes with complimentary services. Please note, an appointment to remove lashes has to be booked within 3 days of notifying.

Anything further, no refunds can be made, and no exceptions.

As a small business owner, supplying and using our products is a huge expense. We are here to provide and use products from resourceful companies.

Michelle Fagela has the right to change prices for any of our products and services at Elle M Lashco.
