What you need to know before booking online & cancellations

- When booking online, it's only a request to book for that date & time and it's not guaranteed. 

​

- There's a $30 deposit when booking a spot, I will only accept E-Transfer

- Within the next 24 hours, I will be notified by email that you have requested a spot & I will have to verify your deposit before accepting the request. If your deposit does not come in within 24 hours, I will deny your request and you will have to rebook again

What if you're not comfortable doing a deposit?

If you do not decide to transfer $30 within the 24 hours, your appointment can be canceled with notice, if you miss your appointment and did not transfer a $30 deposit and decide to book another day, you will owe an extra $30 and MUST pay the $30 next appointment with the $30 including the new appointment $60 in total, if you do show up for the second appointment, $30 will be included with your total

What happens to the $30?

The $30 will go towards your appointment. For example, if the total price is $50, you only owe $20 for that appointment

 

Want a refill within the next 2 - 3 weeks?

I'm able to book it for you after your appointment, but a required $30 is still mandatory

Canceling the appointment?

If you must cancel the appointment, please notify me by email, dm, or text before 24 hours

​

What happens when I cancel within 24 hours?

Unfortunately, the deposit is forfeited and will not go towards another appointment. No exceptions.

What if I no-showed?

Again, the deposit is forfeited and will not go towards another appointment. No exceptions.

​

Is there a late cancellation?

Yes, 30 mins max is considered late, and will have to reschedule for another day. The deposit is forfeited and will not go towards another appointment. No exceptions.
